Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any Financial/Business courses
At least 2 years of cost accounting work experience
Work experience in a Telecom Construction or Buidling Construction industry is a big plus
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Office Excel or Google Sheet
Main Responsibilities:
Analyze expenses and cost transactions per line of business; ensures that transactions are recorded accurately and assigned to the appropriate project and department
Provides monthly expense report and detailed financial analysis to support business units in managing costs and increase efficiency. Establish real time budget checking and recording
Establish costs of business processes such as administration, labor, car rental, barracks, etc.
Performs budget monitoring and analyzes budget re-alignment if necessary. Establish real time budget checking and recording. Weekly reporting of budget vs expenses
Assists in the preparation of monthly budget and forecast.
Ensuring that all inventory transaction details are recorded accurately.
Reviewing purchase orders for accuracy and ensuring that they have been approved by the appropriate department head.
Establish Payment Request/Material Request recording for each Execution Order or Budget for Overhead
