Maintains inventory stock cards for monitoring and reporting purposes
Receive, check and file the Receiving Reports then record the inventoriable items at stock card
Perform the cost accumulation and analysis of inventory movement
Perform account analysis involving cost of sales, inventories, pre-importation charges, etc.
Submit to the management the costing reports required
Prepare Import Landed Costs and record related entries
Oversee mid-year and year-end physical inventory counts and account inventory variances
Assist in the development and implementation of inventory programs
Prepare inventory balances for BIR and insurance purposes
Submit necessary requirements for renewal of import license
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
With at least two (2) years experience in cost accounting
Must be highly analytical
