JOB ACCOUNTABILITY:Analyzes the cost expenditures and purchases within the organization. Drives profitability byrecommending cost efficient and financially feasible cost options.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Evaluates standard costing of imported goods and accessories fabrication andpreparation variance analysis of standard vs actual costing.2. Analyzes production costs and prepares regular reports comparing standard costs toactual production costs.3. Reviews and recommends costs of product and services.4. Develops inventory analysis reports and analyzes variances.5. Coordinates with warehouse and auditor regarding semestral inventory count and FixAsset Count.6. Prepares timely inventory report that will be submitted to internal(executives/management) and external (BIR) parties.7. Ensures compliance to company health, safety and environmental standards.8. Maintains organized accounting files and related documents.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:1. Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy preferably Certified Public Accountant.2. Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the cost accounting functions.3. Knowledgeable in ERPS, preferably SAP B1 and BIR System.4. Proficient in MS Excel.5. Meticulous with a keen interest in the cost efficient operations of the organization.6. Strong sense of time management and self-improvement.7. Able to perform productively while under pressure.
8. Self-motivated attitude and the ability to use initiatives.
