The Cost Accountant will:
Review, improve and police the following:
Sales price costing versus the actual produced cost
Actual production cost encoded in the SAP system
Actual production cost in the WAIDEL system and its process
Assist the Quality Control Department in the reporting side of the materials usage cost report and materials measurement
Assist the Senior Accounting Officer by providing reviewed Monthly Materials usage cost report
Review and maintain Raw Materials report in the SAP system
Assist the IT Department in he review of provided dashboards and reports
Conduct and organize monthly inventory count
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Ability to prepare financial reports and give recommendations based on available data
Superior knowledge in financial reporting software tools and ERP Software
Ability to perform risk and security assessments
In-depth knowledge of financial guideline and regulations
Clear understanding of organizational accounting concepts

Concrete Masters, Inc. engaged in ready mix concrete supply and heavy equipment trading through its subsidiary, Icon Equipment. CMI was originally established in 1996 as a major partner in building a new metropolis: the Fort Bonifacio Global City. Four months after the property sites were turned over to CMI, the company established a turnkey pre-mixed concrete company. CMI established its heavy equipment trading division in 2008. In 2013, Concrete Masters, Inc. created ICON Equipment as a fully owned subsidiary to handle all trading, rental and service operations.CMI has a plant in Taguig. The plant is installed with an automated concrete batching plant, concrete mixer trucks and all the necessary equipment to complete operations.
