What is the job like?
JG Summit Holdings, Inc., one of the largest and highly-diversified conglomerates in the Philippines, is looking for Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations Associates, who will be working with the Corporate Strategy team on the following:
1. Investor Relations - primarily responsible for investor engagement materials, e.g. earnings call and investor presentations, annual report, etc., and will represent JG Summit in local and international investor conferences/roadshows
2. M&A and Corporate Finance - support the parent entity and its affiliated companies across food & beverage, retail, banking, petrochemical, real estate and air transport sectors in M&A and business development activities thru financial modeling & valuation, due diligence and market research
3. Strategy Management - facilitate the development and monitoring of the group's long-term strategic plan and ensure the execution of key priority projects and delivery of synergies across the group's ecosystem
4. Knowledge Management - responsible for facilitating knowledge sharing and capability building among the strategy and corporate planning teams across the Gokongwei Group while establishing the JG Corporate Strategy Team as center of excellence
The Associates will be mentored by Corporate Strategy Managers/Directors handling the functions above
