The Corporate Strategic Planning (CSP) Manager implements the department's operational objectives and planned activities. This position assists in developing strategies for the continuous improvement of CSP processes and helps formulate relevant and effective recommendations to help sustain the Network's growth and success. The role is essential in addressing the demands of the day-to-day operations of CSP and in the department's advancement as its scope expands and becomes more crucial in the organization's consistent pursuit for relevance, sustainability and profitability, while keeping compliant with increasingly complex regulations and requirements.
Graduate of a 4-year relevant course
Minimum of 2 years working management role
Experience in complex project management or in business unit management
Experience in product development, marketing and sales lifecycle
Experience in building and managing account relationships
With working/strong Profit & Loss (P&L) background and experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to facilitate meetings, develop and maintain relationships with external and internal organizations; comfortable with presenting in front of customers and business executives; ability to negotiate with vendors, customers and other stakeholders on proposal plans
Ability to manage complex projects crossing multiple functional areas, as well as plan, organize and prioritize multiple assignments and projects
Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and effective executive summaries
Ability to develop and/or execute tasks and work assignments, based on sometimes vaguely defined objectives
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other MS Office applications
Consumer electronics background is a plus
