Background in leading, managing and developing the agency teams under him in line with the corporate objectives and vision. Very strong sales background, preferably in the insurance industry who handles sales, business development, training and agency management Nice to Haves: Ability to execute business plans Proven leadership skills and excellent management skills High sense of business ethics and professionalism Strong business and financial acumen Excellent communication and interpersonal skills On the job you will: Be expected to provide inputs and recommendations to agency territory on strategies in closing employee benefits to corporate clients and in generating additional sales from lead generation activities. Train and manage agents / brokers to sell to employee benefits to corporate clients. This will include Worksite program, Group Insurance, Group Credit Life and Corporate Retirement. Build and execute process to ensure that Service Level Agreements for the delivery of corporate account and lead generation requirements are met. This should help build and maintain a professional and ethical agency force at the sector level, in line with regulatory, industry and company standards. Need to meet the set of targets in terms of APE by reinforcing various company communications and initiatives of Corporate Solutions through agency meetings, roadshows, SSIP campaigns, broker business review and lead generation activities.
