Job Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identify sales prospects and contract these and other accounts as assigned.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
With 2-3Yrs experience specializing in Corporate Sales or Institutional Accounts Acquisition with proven track record in sales.
With experience in selling to Institution like ARCHITECTURAL FIRM, REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS, AND CONSTRUCTION FIRM is required.
Knowledge in roofing is required.
Strong problem solving skills and analytic skills.
