PURPOSE
This position exists to support the Business Planning and Performance Group Head to execute the strategic planning and corporate performance management initiatives to support strategic decision-making and operational management process.
QUALIFICATIONS
>With Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance-related courses
>With at least 2 years working experience involving a mix of Strategy, Business Planning, and Corporate Performance Management
>Experience in Telecommunication industry is an advantage
>With exposure in workshop facilitation and project management
>Proficient in G-suite and MS office applications
>With exceptional oral and written communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
>Execute project management consistent with the standard PM methodology in order to properly plan, coordinate, and implement, for the successful realization of the objectives of the project and initiatives. This may include the following activities:
>>Provide status and tracking of project progress and budget spent
>>Raise key risks and issues
>>Monitor quality of work during implementation
>>Engage all relevant stakeholders and execute communication plans
>>Utilize change management methodologies to smoothly communicate plans and change man
>>Conduct a post-mortem evaluation to include lessons learned session and benefits realized
BUSINESS PLANNING - DEVELOPMENT, FACILITATION, AND REVIEW
>Assist in conducting research on business performance, industry trends, regulatory requirements, and other areas that may contribute to the planning process
>Assist in the preparation of data for planning assumptions based on:
>>Demand planning
>>Baseline data and end-of-year outlook
>>Strategies/ initiatives
>>Others
>Assist in creating reporting templates related to business planning
>Set calendar invites
>Assist in facilitating the planning sessions
>Propose options and courses of action to improve business processes
>Assist in identifying the appropriate metrics and rating scale (KRA/KPI) for strategies and initiatives
>Assist in presentation of business plans to stakeholders
>Assist in evaluation of actual financial performance or other metrics (KRA/KPI) previously identified
>Assist in updating forecasts and provide analysis of variances on budget and actuals
>Assist in presentation of results to the management
BUDGET AND FINANCIAL PLANNING
>Assist in the budgeting and financial planning process
>Assist in the facilitation of budget hearing sessions to identify required CAPEX and Operational budgets
>Provide insights on potential risks or foregone opportunities as support for the budget requests
CORPORATE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT - DEVELOPMENT AND MONITORING
>Assist in identifying CPM objectives and scope
>Assist in creating reporting templates to be accomplished
>Assist in facilitating the workshop on setting and agreeing on CPM objectives, scope, metrics, and rating scale
>Assist in collating and transforming data into information
>Assist in performing business data analytics to analyze and interpret data about the organization and its initiatives
>Assist in conducting business reviews as part of data gathering and validation
>Assist in monitoring performance and provide regular reports that includes the actual versus target performance indicators
