Location: Mandaluyong City , Hybrid Shift: : Mon Fri (9am - 6pm)
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with stakeholders, key business leads to understand and provide solutions for mobility-related requirements
Provide immigration compliance consulting to stakeholders and other relevant teams.
Organize and facilitate Immigration Education/Brown Bag Sessions.
Provide business support for planning/streamlining of processes for critical/urgent business travel and work assignments.
Serves as the point of contact for high level escalations from management to resolution.
Prepare and submit reports as may be required.
All other tasks, particularly Mobility related ones that the leadership may assign.
Qualifications
Must Have:
College graduate / Bachelor's Degree
3-4 years of work experience related to visa and immigration (any regions)
Communication Skills (written and Oral)
Stakeholder Management (2-3 years)
MS Office (Basic PPT)
Good to Have:
Foreign Services Course
