Course:  Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Organization Development, Education, Human Resource Management or any related course
 
Experience:  At least 1 year of related experience in learning and development (L&D) or equivalent
 
Minimum Training Requirements:
Familiarity with the Training Cycle: ADDIE Model
Experience designing a training program plan
Attended a Train the Trainers Workshop and Facilitating Learning Workshop
Attended a Training Program Design and Evaluation Workshop
Experience being fully accountable for a program, project, or event including communications, logistics, content development, project implementation, and process improvement planning
Desired experience using project management techniques (PLOC)
Exceptional skills in the areas of public speaking, training, and/or facilitating preferred
Proven ability to multi-task, manage large volumes of work, and successfully navigate competing priorities.

The Corporate Learning Senior Associate is a technical resource in providing the Training needs of an assigned Group. The senior associate is responsible for the design and delivery of training and development programs for the employees. The senior associate conducts needs assessments, designs and develops program content and performance support tools, and creates implementation and evaluation strategies.
