Consult and handle all corporate legal processes
Contribute in the planning and development of company policies and procedures, ensuring
proper dissemination, implementation, and compliance
Develop company policy and position on legal issues
Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
Guide managers and ensure compliance with government rules and regulations
Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
Represent company in legal proceedings
Provide workable solutions and recommendations
Draft and administer all contracts and legal documents
