Job Responsibilities
Draft or review contracts, policies, memorandum or other documents that need to be assessed
Develop and recommend company policy and position on legal issues.
Contract management and document management
Ensure that the company is compliant with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations imposed by different government agencies.
Ensures the local company's compliance with SEC, BIR, PEZA
Assists the HR and Finance department
Represent the company in legal proceedings.
Design and oversee the company's policy and position on legal matters.
Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Handle and represent the Company in all cases before the courts, administrative tribunals and agencies.
Provides analysis and counsel on legal and policy issues
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in law.
Licensed to practice law from the State Bar Association.
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a corporate lawyer.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
