Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Collection, review and interpretation of financial information, review of financial trends and development of short- and long-term business plans based on these reports
Ensuring that financial strategies, both conventional and non-conventional, will bring about cost efficiencies, sustained growth in assets and revenues and improve margins
Oversee cash, investments both in active and passive modes, cash flow planning processes and ensure funds availability
The effective distribution review and monitoring of company's financial resources,
Providing financial insights and advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
Aside from conventional Finance Management track record, candidate must have solid experiences in the following:
Securing tax breaks for the company
Securing foreign investments in local operations
Understanding of non-conventional funding schemes such as corporate bond issuance, preferred shares issuance etc.
Have done roadshows in securing international fund managers into local operations,
Knowledge and experience in setting up holding companies for corporate ownership layering
Requirements:
Strong Finance Management education and background
Highly analytic, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong business awareness, negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships, team work and collaboration
Good communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal
A keen eye for details and data analysis
