Job Summary:
The role must be able to understand Valuation Models - DCF and Comparable Valuation Techniques; capable of doing excel based financial modeling for P&L, Cashflows and balance sheet projections; conduct PPT presentations on the capital raising and M&A deals and be part of a team that works on various corporate finance deals.
Qualifications:
Graduate in BS in either Finance / Accounting / Management Engineering or Economics.
Must have 3-5 years' experience in financial modeling and assisting senior corporate finance team in deal executions.
Must have background in doing corporate finance and preferably who has worked for PWC, EYP or SGV.
Strong skills in Excel and PPT.CPAs can be considered but not a must.
Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
