Job Summary:
Responsible for the financial strategy, developing high-quality financial models, and advising the management and shareholders on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, potential opportunities, and financial due diligence.
Leads the implementation of financial strategies and projects across the business.
Plays an active role in hiring, managing, and developing the team/department of financial analysts.
Qualifications:
Advanced cash flow modeling experience and expertise in valuation, discounted cash flow models (DCF), and financial forecasting.
8-10 years of experience working at financial institutions. At least 2 years in a people management function.
