Leads the standardization of financial planning and budget reporting process, and monitors the preparation of the key accounts of the BUs for budgeting process.
Leads and ensures finance system related projects, roll-outs and issue resolution as far as business content is concerned.
Reviews consolidated monthly management reports with detailed analysis and submits it to the Gen CFO for presentation to AP Board, AP Gen Mancom and all other internal and external groups.
Prepares ad-hoc reports and proactively participate in the development of new reports or initiatives to address strategic objectives.
Summarizes and reviews the tax planning of selected BU's for cash planning and potential tax issues.
Reviews group-wide financial business processes for possible re-design and improvement resulting to better financial reporting.
Leads and develops team members by ensuring that the team has sufficient bandwith across the above mentioned responsibilities.
Must be a degree holder in Management, Finance, or any related course.
At least 5 years' experience in finance and accounting in the corporate setting.
Understanding of corporate finance, industry, and energy-related laws, government regulations, issuances, standards, and decisions.
Capable of critical and strategic thinking, systems, and structure design
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Keen ability to motivate staff to optimize work deliverables within tight time frames.
Mid-Senior Level / Manager Accounting and Finance Oil / Energy / Solar / Greentech 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
