About the Corporate Accountant Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate accounting entries of multiple entities by compiling and validating reports submitted by reconciliation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the timely and accurate closing of accounting books
Substantiate financial transactions by keeping proper and useful auditing documents
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing available information
Assist in researching and documenting accounting treatments for new transactions and business initiatives across the group
To succeed in this Corporate Accountant role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior stakeholders, internally and/or externally.
Key Requirements:
Must be a CPA
At least three years of work experience in the accounting or auditing field
Experience in owning, maintaining, closing and auditing books of accounts
Practical accounting/auditing experience in a financial institution is preferred
Big 4 experience is a must
