Job Descriptions
Ensure that Accounting procedures are performed in compliance with the requirements of SOX and in accordance with the applicable Accounting Standards and Local Laws.
Ensure that statutory requirements are filed and paid on time to avoid penalties and compromise.
Ensure that payments to local suppliers for purchases made and services rendered are also paid on time.
Ensure that billings made to affiliates are accurate and supporting documents are available.
Monitor and ensure that funds for disbursements and pay-out are readily available once needed.
Ensure that monthly Balance Sheet Review presents fairly and accurately.
Ensure that manual books of accounts are updated on a monthly basis.
Job Qualifications
Certified Public Accountant
Knowledge and/or updates regarding Local Taxation, IFRS Reporting, GAAP.
ERP Systems Familiarity
Strong client-facing with good communication skills.
Ensuring that proper control procedures are implemented to avoid incompatible duties.
Ensuring that the guidelines set by IFRS and other applicable standards are met.
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
Proficiency in English.
