Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily accounting functions including accounting data inputs, bank reconciliation payments, receivables, debt collections, inter-company transactions, statutory record, etc
Verifies, processes, and records vendor invoices for payments
Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Maintain Asset Register
Comply the reporting requirements as per BIR
Handling cash and cheques. Issue collection receipts
Banking
Ensure that all appropriate regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times.
Preparation of monthly, interim reports and annual reports for year-end audit
Assist in other accounting related and ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
Flexible, versatile and hands-on and willing to learn/do.
Able to work under pressure.
Good organization and time management skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, stable, and hardworking.
Can start work ASAP.
Knowledge/working experiences:
Must be CPA.
Advanced computer knowledge (i.e. Excel and Word).
Fluent written and verbal English.
Good knowledge of accounting, standard and practice including taxation.
Minimum 3 years commercial experience.
SAP knowledge is an advantage.
