Job Description:
Manage and maintain new and existing Corporate customers (Soho, Business, SMB, Enterprise)
Serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Acts as customer advocate and work with internal departments to ensure that customer needs are understood and satisfied
Actively promotes the products through the Sales Team
Completes contractual documentation and order paperwork as directed
Liaise with Support staff to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services to customers
Provides after sales service as requested by the client and to ensure the expectations of the client are met to a high satisfaction.
Acts as liaison of customer to internal departments in relation to network, billing, provisioning and customer service issues and escalate as required
Handles customer complaints, collecting and analysing data for investigation and provide resolutions
Provides support on non-sales related concerns to other Account Managers and Business Development Managers in TPG offices across Australia
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess any bachelor's degree, preferably any business-related course
Must have at least 1-2 years of experience handling B2B accounts or clients (Telco experience preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to collect, track and analyze large amount of data
Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft office specifically Excel
Background using salesforce will be an edge but is not required
