This doesn't happen without our awesome people! We are looking for a Corporate Account Manager to join our growing business! What you'll do: Manage and enhance the working relationship with corporate clients through regular and personal contact Lead point of contact for any matters specific to their respective accounts Achieve monthly GMV targets Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas Prepare reports on account status Collaborate with other team members and sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory Upsell new products that are new to the platform, the roll-out of APAC Initiatives and Local programs Assist step by step in ensuring newly onboarded corporate accounts to make their first order Schedule monthly business reviews with AAA & AA, bi-monthly with A & Bs. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Ensure that all corporate partners maintain a high-level customer experience Assist Finance in ensuring monthly corporate invoices are paid Train the newly onboarded corporate accounts before them being live in the system Maintain a high percentage of active accounts assigned in Account Manager Portfolio Leads and helps execute company projects that may fall outside the scope of regular duties Qualifications: Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business/Commerce would be preferred Must have at least 2 - 5 years of Account Management experience Proficient with Salesforce, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Applications System savvy Ability to work independently and without supervision Can start immediately Required language(s): English and Filipino What we have for you: We have a steep learning curve and because of that, not a day is boring here!
