Job Description Summary:
The Core HR Platform Owner will own all aspects of the Workday platform. Will partner with Global People Function leadership, HR Operational teams and external vendors to develop and deliver the strategy, services and solutions in Workday. This role is responsible to maximize The Coca-Cola Company's investment in the Workday solution by fully leveraging Workday's capabilities, driving adoption, and championing continuous improvement. The Core HR Platforms Owner will be the primary point of contact for all business clients when engaging Workday resources for developing new solutions or maintaining existing ones. The candidate in this role will provide end-to-end program management for Workday programs and projects.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
Lead Team:
Provide thought leadership in all areas of the Workday.
Consultant to Coca-Cola's business teams and HR to help find solutions in Workday.
Understand the full spectrum of the HR technology domain including non-Workday solutions, external providers and integrations amongst the various components.
Maximize Workday adoption by employees, managers and HR.
Provide management of the Workday team members. Develop plans to ensure that the team has the right skills and competencies.
Actively participate in the Workday community contributing expertise, requesting enhancements, sharing ideas, etc.
Manage key stakeholders in the organization, capture their priorities (e.g. Head of HR, CIO, Heads of HR COE, etc.) and incorporate in the roadmap.
Lead Roadmap:
Create and maintain a Workday Roadmap combining the needs of the business, pain points of operations, customer feedback and most importantly, external trends.
Work with corporate and regional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives.
Prioritize Workday Technology & Platforms backlog.
Build long-term relationships with relevant leaders to help identify and agree on strategic priorities.
Lead Projects:
Manages global implementation of Workday projects ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and in scope.
Research (internal and external) best practices and Workday solutions that can be used to drive productivity and employee experience.
Lead Ongoing Operations:
Work with People Services Leaders and HR COEs to identify and execute Workday improvement opportunities balancing both end-user experience and the operation's needs.
Build and Manage ongoing support process to help operations when Workday does not work.
Perform the role of Product Owner of the Workday Configuration SCRUM.
Provide subject matter expertise in a consultative and decision-making role for Workday on regional and global basis
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree; MBA from top program preferred.
Related Work Experience:
Requires a minimum of 10 years of overall work experience in relevant areas.
Management Consulting experience preferred.
Experience in human resource management processes and systems.
Experience balancing immediate and short-term needs and delivering results.
Workday implementation experience mandatory.
Workday Pro certification required.
Strong project management and methodologies experience.
Experience leading teams.
Travel: 25% - Globally, specifically to the 3 Service Center Hubs and Atlanta.
Skills:
SCRUM methodology.
Ability to manage through ambiguity as well as lead change.
Executive presence and senior stakeholder management.
Fluent English, multilingual a plus.
Ability to work across multiple cultures.
Program Management - Ability to provide oversight and manage multiple initiatives.
Project Management - Ability to manage projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria), business case, develop and manage project plans, allocate resources, identify potential issues/risks and develop contingency plans.
Strong data and analytical skills and capabilities. Ability to leverage data and analytical capabilities to create key decision support tools (executive presentations, business cases, white papers).
Strong writing, communication and content capabilities (Needs to be able to interact with Chief People Officer and Chief Information Officer and their direct reports).
Proven ability to integrate new systems, tools and technologies.
Demonstrates experience in driving complex efficient operations.
Demonstrated leadership in successfully delivering complex, global projects.
Demonstrated understanding of domestic and international HR processes and requirements.
Proven Workday HCM implementation and process enhancement experience .
Strong knowledge of technology trends and well informed on leading edge technologies and their application to HR and HR systems.
Strong system implementation and process enhancement experience and an understanding of service delivery models.
Strong, proven business acumen with consulting skills.
