Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Seeks approval for fuel and lubricant orders for the stations in the assigned area.
Requests approval of price.
a. Forwards price-approved purchase orders for issuance of corresponding sales order numbers.
b. Ensures that customers are within credit terms for booking.
c. Assists related stakeholders in collection of payment discrepancies.
2. Updates station pump prices and price list in the applicable monitoring sheet.
a. Coordinates with concerned stakeholders for the approval of price requests.
b. Provides concerned stakeholders with the adjusted price lists.
3. Prepares and submits payment requests to the Accounting Department (ACCT) for receivables of dealers such as price matching, rollbacks, orders booked at old prices, and Loyal Biyahero discounts, and monitors them accordingly.
4. Coordinates with the Ordering and Scheduling Team regarding the status of fuels and lubricants orders.
5. Assists the Collection Team in cases where customer payments cannot be identified or traced.
6. Maintains station documents in compliance with the procedure on Records Management.
7. Monitors status of customer overpayments and/or underpayments, and coordinates the same with concerned stakeholders.
8. Assists customers with their concerns (i.e., reorder points, station operations, etc.,) in the absence of the frontline members of the team.
9. Performs others related tasks that may be assigned at any given time.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE
Graduate of any Business course
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Good communication and writing skills
Familiar and acquainted with the use of databases, excel and other related or encoding programs
Good time management and can multi task
Can work under pressure or in loaded environment
