PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for the overall kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation, maintenance of quality standards, sanitation, cleanliness, preparation and cooking, sanitation and cleanliness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate/Senior High Graduate/ Graduate of any 2-year degree specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or any equivalent
With at least 2 years of work experience in the food/beverage/restaurant industry
Basic knowledge in Food Safety
Excellent baking and cooking skills
Willing to be based in Magallanes, Makati
