We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Conversion Staff to handle the processing and transfer of property ownership documents efficiently.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
The Conversion Staff will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of property conversion, including document preparation, coordination with government agencies, and monitoring account status.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process the Deed of Sale for fully paid accounts.
Handle documents for notarization and prepare necessary BIR forms (1606, 2000 OT, and 2000).
Facilitate payments for BIR fees and transfer taxes at the City Hall.
Coordinate with the Registry of Deeds for the transfer of the Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT) to the buyer's name.
Request and secure Certified True Copies of CCT and Tax Declarations.
Monitor and follow up on the status of account submissions with the BIR and Registry of Deeds.
Manage the transfer of Tax Declarations at the City Assessor's Office once CCT is released.
Ensure timely processing and delivery of original CCT and Tax Declaration to clients or financial institutions (Pag-IBIG/banks).
Monitor and follow up on Real Property Tax payments and clearances.
Maintain accurate records and monitor all conversion-related transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
2-4 years of experience in document processing, real estate, or property management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in coordinating with government agencies (BIR, City Hall, Registry of Deeds) is an advantage.
