We are Hiring:
 
VAT STAFF
 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent VAT Staff to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all VAT-related transactions, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and supporting the accounting department in maintaining accurate financial records.
 
Location : Tac-an Road, Talamban, Cebu City
Work schedule : 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday; 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Friday
Employment : Full-time
 
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process VAT returns (monthly, quarterly) accurately and on time.
Monitor and record VAT payments, input/output VAT, and other related transactions.
Ensure compliance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations and deadlines.
Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation for BIR inspections.
Reconcile VAT accounts and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the accounting team.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all VAT-related transactions.
Provide support in other finance and accounting functions as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in VAT handling, preferably in manufacturing or related industry.
Knowledge of Philippine VAT laws, BIR regulations, and accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
