The Planning and Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the Financial Accounting, Planning & Reporting Manager in the development of financial reports required to provide insight into the company's business results versus plan, budget and forecast. He is also responsible in planning for the overhead spend of the head office, and in implementing cost-control procedures and activities to drive savings.

Level of education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Business/Finance; CPA is preferred, but not mandatory
Working experience: At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience; experience in FMCG industry is preferred, but not mandatory

Responsible for preparing reports, managing and driving good business results for Selling and General Administrative Expenses (SG&A). Understands key drivers and leads action to improve actual performance and optimize costs spending. Responsible for timely availability of monthly reports, enhancing the insights of Actual vs Budget/Forecast.
Ensures end-to-end process for SG&A including checking & monitoring of actuals and proposal of monthly accruals and helps drive the availability of agreements, contracts and claims to support recording of expenses.
Leads cost saving initiatives for SG&A Identify and drive optimization opportunities and helps to build capability of multi-functional team on financial aspects.
Together with the FA,P&R head, manages and updates different reporting platforms such as SAP, HFM, Adaptive, Power BI and other reports in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.
Support the MBR process with insights and lead interventions to help deliver on targets.
Conduct operations and financial review including index of actual vs. budget and analysis of drivers of variances.
Helps ensure IFRS compliant reporting of AMC P&L, Cash Flow and Balanced Sheet accounts and supports the Accounting Team on performing different processes.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Financial Accounting, Planning & Reporting, and will work along with the Planning & Reporting Manager in the conduct of this function.
