Qualifications:
Graduate of Law or Political Science
With at least one (1) year work experience in related field
Must be willing to join immediately
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and draft Subcontractor Agreement (SCA) between MDC and its Subcontractors and Suppliers;;
Facilitate the execution of General Construction Contract;
Draft letters, memos, notices to Subcontractors and Suppliers and other correspondences that may be requested by the Project Team;
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
