The Content and Strategic Partnerships Contracts Administrator is critical in coordinating and managing FactSet's reporting requirements with third party data suppliers. Working closely with all members of Content and Strategic Partnerships, Sales, and Finance, a successful candidate will ensure that new reports are created as needed and current reports are maintained and sent in a timely manner.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact for any and all reporting questions both from within the organization and also from data suppliers directly
Reconcile reports and track changes to both subscription and fees
Coordinate the on-boarding and compliance of new FactSet reports, ensuring that the products have the correct royalties associated with them as per the contract
Actively manage the updating of existing reports as the result of contract changes in a timely manner
Ensuring variable royalty fees are accurate in the data budget, in line with the terms of their corresponding agreements, and in alignment with client billing
Skills/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Strong computer skills including Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Market Data preferred
Familiarity with financial markets preferred
Experience with license agreements a plus
Ability to effectively and efficiently organize, prioritize and handle a high volume of tasks
Excellent communication skills and the ability to correspond with a diverse group of stakeholders and vendors
Ability to complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plan
Willingness to work in a global organization with team members in different geographic locations
