Job Description:
• Responsible for the management, review, amendment and drafting of all project-related Contracts and Agreements
• Provides support to the Project Team in handling contractual issues and concerns in close cooperation with the Legal Counsel
• Identifies contractual risks and recommends risk mitigation measures
• Analyzes and comments on all contract-related documents
• Participates in contract negotiations and discussions and formulates and implements negotiation strategies
• Develops, implements and regularly reviews the claim strategy together with the Project Team
• Standardizes contracts and improves processes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) Degree
• At least two (2) years of work experience as a Contract/Claims Manager involving engineering projects or similar capacities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Excellent organizational, communication and decision-making skills
NOTE: Salary depends on the qualifications and work experience of the selected candidate
