Peopleplustech is urgently looking for Contract Service Desk Analyst Level 1 Support (Quezon City)
Start date: July 14,2023
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible 1st and 2nd line support troubleshooting IT related problems.
- You will be act as single point of contact for phone calls, emails, chats and self-service tickets regarding IT issues and queries.
- Escalate unresolved calls to the infrastructure support teams.
Requirements:
Completed at least 2 years in college (finished and passed at least 72 college units)
At least 1 year of IT Service Desk TSR/Helpdesk/international account experience.
Must have experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook within a networkenvironment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation, Windows laptop & Mac books,Desktop, Multi-functional devices (MFD), Mobile & Tablets).
Must have working know how on Active Directory, VPN, Citrix, ServiceNow, 0365.
With good English communication skills
Salary: Depending on experience
