Key Responsibilities
Lead negotiations on selected contract renewals, contract change and commercial terms Coordinate with procurement, VMO, legal team for the contracts
Maintain records of correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those under termination, exit and transition
Consult with other departments and outside counsel, as needed, for contract reviews; facilitating the resolution of contract related disputes
Who we are looking for
Bachelor's degree, business course
Commercial IT background
Experience working with IT software, hardware & services vendor
Negotiation skills
Effective contract management
