We're looking for a detail orientedContract Analyst to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year experience in the travel industry, preferably in contract loading and processing, with a focus on hotel contracts
Excellent command of written and verbal English
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of hotel industry practices and contract terms is desirable
Familiarity with travel industry systems and tools is an advantage
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion
Responsibilities:
Transfer hotel contract data accurately and efficiently into an internal computer processing system
Verify contract data by cross-referencing with source documents
Compile, sort, and tally data for loading purposes
Update records by adding, changing, merging, or deleting contract data
Ensure data accuracy by identifying and resolving input discrepancies
Generate routine and specialized reports by extracting information from databases.
Maintain a log of the physical location of source documents
Perform additional assigned duties as required
