Role Purpose
As a Customer to Cash Continuous Process Improvement Manager, you will work with operational teams that create accounts, set up products, process customer orders, issue invoices to drive financial results and scalable processes to reduce defects through tech and non-tech interventions. To support business growth, the candidate will have an owner's mindset, a strong desire in innovating processes on behalf of customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, a strong passion for accountability, set high standards, raise the bar and drive results through continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities
Ownership of process design for CTC organization, keeping in mind end to end business linkages
Can drive the 'Digitization Agenda' from the scope of identifying Automation opportunities within CTC, for improving process effectiveness and efficiency and plan transformation initiatives around the same
Represent the CTC organization in all global transformation initiatives and provides guidance, support and solutioning of necessary actions
Identifies key value drivers and defined metrics to inform performance, support decision making, and foster positive behavior and actions
Undertakes change management and drive harmonization and standardization across business units.
Continuous benchmarking of processes for enabling Best in Class performance
Partner with business teams to support product/s launch and enable business expansions as a core team member representing Customer to Cash Operations.
Participate in developing long range plans with business.
Develop/foster strong relationship with business stakeholders, and identify and resolve key business issues impacting finance operations ability to provide optimal customer experience
Work with various technology teams to innovate, identify, and develop long term scalable technology solutions to support business growth.
Identify and deliver improvements in downstream results by eliminating upstream inefficiencies and defects.
Key Success Measures
Effectiveness - creating a cutting-edge CTC process across operations teams which includes Master Data, Billing, Order Management and Cash Apps which is equipped to deliver exceptional results in a cost-effective manner.
Lean Organization - Driving transformational initiatives to automate Non-judgement based/nonvalue add activities.
Cross Functional Collaboration - Enable the organization to drive cross functional projects.
Strong Control Environment - Develop structures to ensure that controls are effectively managed.
Skills & Experience:
Professional Qualification such as CA, CMA or an MBA in Finance from a Tier I Institute - 10+ years of experience in finance, finance operations, project management with preference to Order-to-Cash management.
Experience defining program requirements, finance process controls, policies to mitigate operational risk and using data to drive decisions.
Experience in writing compelling business-cases for resource (people, process, system) investment.
A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.
Ability to investigate business process and requirements, from a range of stakeholders (finance, tech, customers).
Critically accessing AS IS processes, to design a TO BE that meets the business objectives.
The Technological/integration requirements to facilitate that process
Make decisions or propose/escalate decisions to key decision makers
From decisions being made, translate them into requirements for technology to deliver. Working with them throughout the process, both partnering with as well as holding them to account.
Understand the technology landscape. Be able to take C2C Finance requirements and effectively communicate them to Technology counterparts. Partnering with them to delivery what the business needs.
Be a driving force for change YES. Be unwavering on what the project objectives are.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in Six Sigma defect reduction techniques (DMAIC, etc.)
Experience using SAP S4 Hana Financial Applications.
Education
Graduate preferably from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 university
