Position Summary: The Continuous Improvement and Automation Manager plays a vital role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of HelloFresh's HR Shared Service Centre (HR SSC) in Manila. Reporting to the HR Shared Services Lead, this position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust continuous improvement framework to standardize and enhance HR processes, with a focus on end-to-end and lean processes and automation opportunities. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the development and implementation of an automation roadmap, working closely with business, and the wider HR teams and Global People Systems team.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuous Improvement Framework:
Establish and implement a continuous improvement framework to optimize HR processes within the HR SSC.
Promote the adoption of lean principles to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Process Standardization:
Ensure that processes are standardized across the HR SSC, aligning with best practices and industry standards.
Identify areas for improvement and work with teams to implement changes.
Measure and action based on comprehensive data
Process Automation Roadmap:
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop an automation roadmap, including identifying opportunities for automation and process enhancement.
Oversee the implementation of automation initiatives, from basic automation to full-scale transformation.
Piloting and Testing:
Lead the piloting and testing of automation solutions to ensure they align with HR SSC goals and objectives.
Make data-driven decisions to improve automation solutions based on performance.
Six Sigma and Lean Methodology:
Apply Six Sigma principles and lean methodology to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
Conduct process assessments and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with business units, and the Global People Systems team to integrate automation solutions effectively.
Ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment with automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a Shared Services Center (SSC) in the HR environment.
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification or similar.
Proficiency in lean and agile methodologies.
Experience in implementing automation solutions, including RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and chatbots.
