Job Description
Responsible for user-generated content submitted to the e-commerce platform.
Review user-generated content to ensure the safety and privacy of online platforms.
Reply to user questions and comments on social media posts, on the company's blogs, and in forums
Perform timely and adequate actions that are also essential in protecting the reputation of e-commerce platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
At least High school or Senior high school graduate
Good to Excellent English communication skills
BPO experience preferred but not required.
Willing to work a graveyard shift, shifting schedules, holidays and weekends.
Computer literate and Good Web Navigation Skills
Willing to work onsite in Fort BGC
