Job Description
I. SUMMARY The Content Management Specialist manages product contents. The tasks involve listing out of products to different sales channels and taking charge of the various types of listing content updates and changes. II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handles individual product list outs on sales platform including eBay, Websites, Amazon.
Update required NETO system fields to trigger data feed update for other Reseller channels list outs namely Kogan, MyDeal and Crazysales.
Handles multivariant list outs on eBay including regular MV listings and pre-orders, and further conducts related audits as needed.
Relist products which have been back in stocks but with no listings.
Handles the end to end processes for pre-order products including pre-order launching and pre-order ending across platforms including eBay, websites, Amazon, MyDeal.
Further handles the pre-order eBay Handling Time updates via eBay Postage Policy.
Conducts sales monitoring and updates stock buffers related to pre-orders.
Handles required email communications and notification updates across departments when a new product is listed out and when pre-order is launched/ended or ETA delayed/cancelled.
Handles required listing updates including but not limited to listing graphics, text contents, postage and templates across platforms.
Perform NETO stock buffer management - including Stock Count & Buffer Release Request, and Stock Buffer Adjustment .
Review and handle LER escalations (Listing Errors) from across department and coordinates with Product Team or Product Quality Team when necessary.
Conducts freight audits to help ensure listing shipping charges are being calculated correctly for eBay, MyDeal & Kogan.
Conducts required spot listing audits - covering Titles, Indexes, subtitles.
May engage in listing content refinements and updates - covering Titles/Subtitles, and cross sell items.
Perform other adhocs related tasks as needed and required by the Team/Operations.
Job Qualifications
I. OPTIONAL SKILLSETS
• A copywriter or has copywriting skills/experience.
• Can write grammatically accurate, keyword-density, concise, attention-grabbing and high quality content for eBay, websites and other sales channels.
• Can identify and highlight the key features/specs of products.
• Can conduct market research to determine new revenue opportunities.
• Can monitor competitors' marketing activities and conceptualise new product marketing strategies to combat them.
II. QUALIFICATIONS

III. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's Degree holder in Marketing or any Business related.
• 1-4 years experience in Ecommerce specific to eBay, Amazon, Website platforms is preferred.
IV. WORK SCHEDULE
• Primary: Day Shift, 5 days a week; temporarily on work from home arrangement.
• Secondary: Other Shifts as the project or department's mandate may require.
