A day in the life of...
This person will be responsible for the flawless execution of Content Factory Services on Content Adaptation and Localization.
Plans production timeframe to set expectation with Customer and aligning production team against the forecast demand plan shared by the Content Factory Coordinator and Markets.
Acts as a Project Manager Specialist for the Content Factory, to ensure proper execution of the Service, with service orientation to the Market/Business.
Run day-to-day Content Factory tasks:
- Review and Validate feasibility based on input shared by Business, and when required seek for production information
- Ensure timeliness execution of the Operations, and in any problem, act accordingly
- Perform quality control checks against brief and related Guidelines to produce error-free work,
- Collaborating with the Content Factory production team and Content Factory Coordinator

- Ability to quickly understand brand's positioning through Brand Guidelines
- Good planning ability and relation to quality deliverables
- Good understanding of design terminology and technical requirements, compatibility
- Good understanding of the Production Process
- Ability to deliver against established objectives and deadlines
- Manage work with Priorities
- Ability to handle surges in volumes and capacity to address it.
Key Software Knowledge
- Project management software (e.g Project, Jira)
- Graphic Design Softwares (e.g Adobe Suite)
Key Experiences
- 2-3 years of coordination of Content Production Activities
- Proven graphic design capabilities
