Area of Responsibility
Ensure that all outputs of the team adhere to ITVT quality standards.
Provide quality assurance based on client needs and work order specifications.
Update and upload records on existing internal systems necessary for project and performance tracking in a timely manner.
Attend required meetings for content planning and execution to come up with fresh, creative content ideas, keeping our audience in mind.
Lead the skill and knowledge development among writers through training and other education efforts to improve team performance.
Actively rate outputs and monitor individual performance of writers.
Enhance writers' work experiences through good communication and developing healthy work relationships.
Write and create outputs on rare occasions as required by circumstances.
Reasonable tasks as delegated by the team lead.
Background
Bachelor's degree in journalism, English or related field; can be flexible with practical experience.
Writing, copy editing, and proofreading experience.
Nice to have: knowledge in CRM, MS Dynamics 365, cybersecurity.
