Position Overview:
The Content Designer will be in-charge of designing posters, banners, videos, and other materials for the company's website, social media posts, and other internal and externa communications. He/she will also be in-charge of designing the company merchandise and tokens to be used for company activities and other initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Should include the following but may not be limited to:
Design and create social media postings, including but not limited to posters, banners and videos
Work closely with the recruitment and communication and engagement team to assist them in their creative needs
Design merchandise that the company can use as giveaways during company events
Work closely with the TA team in executing, reviewing and reporting on social media campaigns, analyse campaign performance and translate data into recommendations for future campaigns content
Edit, proofread and improve content
Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
Work Conditions:
Hybrid
Able and willing to work on the night shift or any other schedule as required.

Ability to use Photoshop and other editing tools
Quick start and able to finish task quickly and efficiently
Able to have own creative ideas to execute as well as take directions
Ability to create and edit videos
Knowledge of SEO and Google analytics will be ideal but not required
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
