A content creator is a problem-solver responsible for completing writing projects and following content parameters based on project specifications. He/she is expected to deliver quality content within Humanities, Social Sciences, and Business areas. Our content creators are expected to produce quality writing including but are not limited to business reports, research papers, and revisions. Specifically, the responsibilities of a full-time content creator are as follows: deliver writing output with consistent format and style be available for contact via our online platform during working hours produce at least 30,000 words worth of writing content per month be open for coaching and guidance from our technical team when necessary revise prior submissions when necessary showcase good research skills in writing Qualified content creators have the following: a bachelor's degree in Communication, English Composition, Literature, or related fields the ability to understand, evaluate, and dissect writing instructions the ability to implement said interpretations and evaluations into written form good command of the English language, grammar, and writing conventions efficient and independent research skills, including, but not limited to: o the ability to distinguish between reliable and non-reliable sources o the ability to find research resources independently o capacity to comprehend business and research materials a flexible schedule to accommodate work during the weekends prior writing experience and ability to create effective and visually appealing presentations are a plus Compensation and Benefits salary starts at P30,000 a month for a full-time content creator, with annual base salary of P360,000 career advancement opportunity (per business season) performance bonus If qualified, attach a portfolio of your writing output, either as files or a series of working links, in your application.
