JOB TITLE: Content & Channel Specialist, Nutrition SEA
JOB LOCATION: THAILAND
Context & Main Purpose of Job
The Content and Channel Specialist is integral in growing Recipedia as the go-to recipe one-stop shop for Nutrition SEA.
He / she is also responsible for codifying best practices / learnings for Nutrition SEA Interrupt and Needs content to ensure that all content across the region are unmissable.
Key Responsibilities
I. Recipedia Lead
Responsible for growing Recipedia's long-term brand equity and website foot traffic year-on-year
Creates the Recipedia content strategy across platforms
Lead a squad to execute / run the Recipedia always-on content plan across key markets
Work with agencies to create Recipedia's SEO / SEM strategy
Create Recipedia content that converts in retailer sites
Regularly align and communicate with BU leads and brand managers the performance update and expansion priorities for Recipedia
II. E-commerce Content Specialist
Create creative mandatories for E-commerce paid social awareness content across Meta, Google, Tiktok, retailer sites
Ensure presence of always-on E-commerce awareness content across relevant e-commerce seasons, occasions and locations
Create paid media guidelines for boosting e-commerce awareness content (with the help of media activation managers)
Codify best practices for livestreaming content to drive conversion
III. Digital & Social Channel Specialist
Responsible for creating guidelines to establish the role of each media / marketing channel (Nutrition SEA channel playbook)
Conducts an annual review the roles of existing paid, owned platforms and make recommendations whether or not to continue investment for these platforms
Works with media team to review the paid media investment principles per brand per channel, while prioritizing the top 8 brands for Nutrition SEA
Ensure that creative mandatory testing is in place across markets
Pilot and codify role of modular creatives to create precision marketing assets at scale for Nutrition SEA

Create growth plans for Recipedia across SEA
Create e-commerce content playbook
Annual review digital channel roles and investment

Key Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns / e-commerce campaigns
Be able to demonstrate knowledge of native platform suppliers and 3rd party providers, as well as developing an understanding of their available products and services.
Strong understanding of paid social best practices around for example buying strategies, formats and audiences
Experience in e-commerce solutions or campaigns and experience managing branded websites is not mandatory, but is an advantage
Analytically minded with an aptitude for handling large data sets to identify trends and actionable insights
With experience in project management
Eager to learn, with a proactive approach to expanding knowledge and capabilities
Able to work independently and lead teams
Able to communicate effectively and work as part of a wider, cross-channel team
