Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Primarily responsible for writing and producing engaging contents and copies for multichannels.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists Marketing Head in ensuring adherence to brand identity guidelines through advertising.
Interprets creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands
Ensures efficient execution of content and marketing strategies.
Develops thorough knowledge of the automotive industry, its trends, and players.
Researches and evaluates new products and competition.
Ensures to keep a master file of updated vehicle specifications of assigned products – PV, LDT, MDT, HDT, HE AND GRATOUR.
Assists in the development and production of marketing materials.
Co-heads all events that the company initiates or participates.
Updates Marketing team and other employees on events and product exhibits.
Coordinates with the advertising agency for the schedule of newspaper ad placement as well as for the fulfillment of other advertising contracts.
Assists in plotting all OOH advertising placements to make sure all materials for billboards, magazines, digital marketing, and other advertising channels are approved and submitted to suppliers on time. 
Interprets creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands.
Researches and understands the client's needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings.
Writes original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials.
Collaborates with a team of account managers and creative staff from concept development to delivery of the final product.
Presents copy concepts and final deliverables to the internal team, and to client representative as needed, and participate in client pitches on occasion.
Revises copy based on internal and client feedback/direction.
Complies to ISO standard policies and procedures.
Performs other special tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Head
Requirements:
Graduate of a 4 year course preferably Marketing 
With 1 year of marketing experience in marketing, advertising and events management
Ability to handle projects simultaneously
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
Event Management/ Planning
Advertising and communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
Strong writing and communication skills
Advanced skills in media & public relations
Project Management
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw applications
Driving skills preferred but not necessary
Detail oriented with good follow-up skills
