Content Analyst - Spanish significantly adds value to the company by gathering, analyzing and maintaining Exchange Traded Content in an accurate, complete and timely manner. The successful candidate in this role will be responsible for delivering high productivity and quality data from stock exchanges to key databases.
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining Exchange Traded data in Eikon, Datascope and other products through required processes in key databases.
Provide quality management by implementing pro-active checking procedures on different asset classes covered by the exchanges.
Provide immediate troubleshooting procedures on problems that may arise when processing/updating Exchange Traded data and clear dissemination of workaround used.
Provide resolution to client queries and create preventative measure for issues that arise.
Ensure data are delivered meeting the required quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness.
Provide proper and timely communication of Exchange Traded information across different teams globally.
Work efficiently and effectively within team or by yourself, proactively identifying and resolving problems.
Support projects assigned by Manager.
Cultivate a learning and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business or any Financial related course
Must be proficient in Spanish language both verbal and written
Must have good command of English communication both verbal and written
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task and drive improvements in required metrics
Interest in Financial Market particularly on Equities and Derivatives
Must be willing to work on any shift (morning shift/mid shift/graveyard shift)
