The Analyst will process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using technical and financial knowledge. Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries, including direct contact with customers. Has expertise in data-related issues. Solid knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets. Improve efficiencies in work practices by implementing automation where possible. Maximizes usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations.
The role will be responsible to ensure proper and continued data maintenance of fixed income markets in Latam.
Role Responsibilities
Ensure proper and continued data maintenance of fixed income markets in allocated region
Maintenance includes accurate and timely coverage of terms and conditions for new and existing bonds, RIC creation, real time data including benchmarks, issuer maintenance in both EJV and OA
Reading & reviewing, prospectus/documents/press releases in Spanish for fixed income market
Driving sourcing strategy: reaching our local data providers, exchanges and market participants in specified region to capture additional information or confirm market trends and conventions
Client engagement: resolving queries for key and local accounts
Review, research and provide resolution to regional based Service Cloud inquires
Qualifications Required
Minimum 1-year experience working with content (data maintenance)
Additional asset: fixed income knowledge required
Interest in financial market
Required Language: Spanish - advanced/fluent (ability to talk to data owners via phone)
Excel (intermediate)
Ability to drive improvements reflected in new content offering and metrics
