Job Details
Manages the total needs of a set of clients by directly servicing client requirements and generating new business with minimal supervision from Account Director (AD) / Commercial Director (CD) • Develops close business relationships with clients together with the AD/CD. • Undertakes innovative or new business concept applications under the guidance of the AD/CD. • Supervises all aspects of clients' needs/requirements assigned to junior team members (Account Associates/Account Executives/SAE) • Leads the team in client management, trains, develops, coaches and mentors Account Associates/Account Executives/Senior Account Executives assigned to his/her accounts.
Role Requirements
At least 7 years experience in Market Research, with knowledge in Business Development
Demonstrates intellectual and professional integrity.
Good networking skills and service orientation.
Articulate at conveying ideas, both oral and written.
Good presentation skills
