The Job As a Consumer Analytics Specialist, you will work with the team to provide insightful analysis in a structured approach. This should enable management make swift and effective decisions that will drive business growth. You will be responsible for : Devising actionable strategies from customer insights. Analysing market trends and ensuring product is developed with a balance between consumer demand and business priorities. Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research activities and providing insights and recommendations. Managing external agencies for highly-quality execution of research projects. Leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities. Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports. The Profile You have at least 6 years experience within a Consumer Analytics or similar role, ideally within FMCG industry. You are experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research. You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering Southeast Asia and Rest of Asia. You have excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You enjoy working in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
