Assignment Scope & Learning Opportunities:
(In collaboration with cross-functional team)
Support and develop proposals for RFPs related to Late Phase/Real world studies by collaborating across different functional teams
Development and review of the budget (professional fees and pass-through costs) associated with the proposed project strategy. The budget should be competitive and in line with pricing strategy agreed with sales, leadership, and other stakeholders.
Project manage the design, execution and reporting of real-world studies
Liaise and Oversee project teams across all the functional teams to enable high quality and timely delivery of studies
Support project delivery including creating reports, presentations and other client deliverables, leading client meetings and workshops.
Oversee development of abstracts, manuscripts and/or presentations to conferences for projects
Participate in project teams including DM team, statisticians, Epidemiologists and consultants put together from across IQVIA.
Lead operational efficiencies of workflows, including writing of internal guidance documents
Contribute to writing of study protocols, statistical analysis plans and study reports
Skills & Experience Required
MPH, MSc or PhD (or an equivalent degree) in epidemiology, public health or a related discipline
Experience project managing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams
Experience designing and executing real world studies. Experience of managing Observational/Non-Interventional epidemiological studies in APAC region would be preferred
Great interpersonal skills including ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
Strong problem solving, analytic, & project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet short deadlines with high quality deliverables
Good level of adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Additional Skills & Experience of Value
PMP certificate
Experience working on multi-stakeholder healthcare research programs, industry partnerships or within industry
Prior experience in working with health organisations and life science companies
Relevant achievements in healthcare or business management.
