We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Consolidation and Collections Supervisor to join our dynamic Accounting department. This role will play a crucial part in reviewing accounts receivable, managing collections, auditing deliverables, and handling consolidated statements of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly reviewing and analyzing accounts receivable.
Following up with clients for timely collections and managing any disputes or issues.
Reviewing and handling consolidated Statements of Accounts (SOAs).
Auditing deliverables and maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
Creating, verifying, and sending invoices to clients.
Ensuring all financial documentation is accurate and in compliance with regulations and standards.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting and Auditing.
Strong background in accounting and auditing.
Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to identify discrepancies or inaccuracies in financial data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle disputes or issues in collections professionally and efficiently.
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential financial information appropriately.
Preferred:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is a plus.
Prior experience in a supervisory role.
